CRISPY POTATO CHEESE BALLS



Ingredients
2-3 Boiled mashed potato
Chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and green chilli 
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
3tbsp of corn flour 
3tbsp of flour (maida)
Seasoning (salt, oregano and red chilli flakes to taste)
1 cup of bread crumbs 
Small cube size cheese pieces


PROCEDURE
In A Bowl, Mash all the boiled potatoes, add chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and green chilli, garlic paste, 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp corn flour, seasoning. Mix and make small balls.
Take small cheese cubes and press them inside these balls and give it a round shape. 

Now prepare a batter with 1 tbsp all purpose flour and 1tbsp corn and 1/2 cup of water. dip the balls in this batter and then roll them over bread crumbs, keep these balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking. 

Now airfry these balls for 10-15 minutes at 200 degree. Serve Hot with  Chutney and Tomato Sauce!!
